🐾Adoption Agreement/Health Guarantee for Lil Dreamer🐾

Thank you for deciding to make one of our puppies part of your family. We want to make this a stress-free, enjoyable experience for you. Please feel free to email or call me with any questions or concerns that you might have along the way. We will keep you up to date with information about your puppy as it grows until it is time for your puppy to go home. This contract is written for the protection of both the breeder and the buyer - However, it is primarily written to protect the health and general wellbeing of the puppy.

🐾Purchase Agreement

1. Please read the health guarantee completely before putting a deposit on a puppy. By placing a deposit, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions within this contract.

2. We require a minimum of $350-dollar deposit or 30% of the full price, to hold the puppy you choose. We accept Western Union, MoneyGram, or PayPal for deposit processing. PayPal, due to our longstanding relationship and excellent buyer protection, is our preferred method, any other is for your convenience.

3. This deposit is non-refundable, unless there is a problem with the health of your puppy. In that case, the buyer will have their choice of a full refund or of transferring that deposit toward another puppy.

**Our request is only that before placing a deposit, that the family is prepared for the time and financial responsibility of a lifelong family member, before committing.

🐾 Health Guarantee

1. It will be up to the breeder, to decide when the puppy will be ready to go to its new home. Usually at the age of 8 weeks, depending on how early and how well their appetites pick up, the weight and how hearty they are. We will not, under any circumstances, let the puppy leave before it is ready. There is an additional $5 a day charge for ready puppies needing to be held longer than 8 weeks of age at the buyers request.

2. The puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale.

3. The puppy will be up to date on shots and worming at the time of pickup or delivery. It is very important that the vaccinations schedule and worming continue. Please do not expose your puppy to other dogs (outside of new pet siblings), until he/she has completed the entire vaccination schedule - around 16-20 weeks old. An example of this is going to puppy parks and letting them roam in pet approved potty area in public locations.

4. The buyer, at their own expense, unless using the Free Health Exam Certificate provided by the breeder, should have the puppy examined by a Licensed Vet within 72 hours of receiving the puppy.

5. Documentation must be sent to the breeder within ten days for the Health Guarantee to be honored.

6. If within 72 hours, a Licensed Vet finds the puppy to be unhealthy or unfit for sale, the puppy may be returned for a full refund - provided the puppy has not been injured or neglected. The veterinarian must provide a written statement deeming the puppy “unhealthy for purchase.”

7. This guarantee does not cover any health issues caused by neglect or injury from the buyer.

8. This guarantee does not include minor illnesses and health issues such as colds, allergies, internal or external parasites or hernias, less than perfect dental alignment, (under/overbites) undescended testicles, viruses or bacterial infections contracted after delivery, or anything else cosmetic and non-life threatening. However, the breeder will disclose any known illnesses or health issues prior to the sale, should they arise.

9. The breeder cannot assume responsibility for this puppy after 72 hours of the sale. It is the responsibility of the buyer to care for the puppy properly and keep it free from harm. Please remember that your puppy is relatively fragile and often oblivious to danger and must be cared for and protected.

10. The breeder assumes no responsibility for any medical expenses incurred following purchase.

11. The breeder does not guarantee against training challenges or behavioral issues. Buyer will receive an informational packet on how to care for their new puppy. If buyer follows the recommendations given in the packet, the buyer should not have any issues. Should buyer have any questions breeder is available for support for the lifetime of the pet.

12. The breeder does not guarantee size. We will give the buyer the weight of the puppy’s parents and the weight of other puppies out of that mating. We can give the buyer an educated guess as to full grown weight, but due to the numerous variables besides genetics, no guarantee is made.

13. The breeder does not guarantee fertility or ability to place in shows. The puppy is STRICTLY sold as a healthy and loving QUALITY PET.

14. Due to the fact that the breeder is more often than not, not in control of grandparent (and the prior) breeding history of purchased registered dogs, or other variables brought into the breed that contribute to an exotic nature, such as merle genetics, breeder makes no claims regarding the level of genetic purity translated by any genetic testing kit.

15) Buyer acknowledges that by accepting delivery, that they are satisfied in accordance with their understanding of our policy. By virtue of acceptance, buyer acknowledges the PET QUALITY distinction, and understands that although the breeder may be willing to repurchase the pet, at their discretion, it will be for the express purpose to regain possession of the baby at whatever age. Any baby born into this world through our family is at least valued to us as much as the new parent has paid. We are as passionate about the welfare of our fur babies as we are of our children, and if a question of reduced value has come into question, the adoptive parent’s contractual obligation, according to this agreement, is to contact us first for retrieval before making contact anyone else regarding the matter, private or public.

16. The breeder is not responsible for puppies which develop Hypoglycemia after the puppy is in the new owner’s possession. The buyer will receive information on what to do if this occurs.

17. The breeder gives a one-year guarantee against any congenital defects of the puppy. If this should occur then the buyer is responsible to return the puppy to the breeder, and the buyer will receive another similar quality puppy, when one becomes available.

18. If for any reason the buyer is unable to keep the puppy, the buyer agrees to return the puppy to Dreamer Pups and not place the puppy in another home unless authorized by the breeder. If puppy is returned within the first 30 days, 50% of the purchase price will be refunded after the puppy has been placed in his/her new home. The other half will cover the cost of re-advertisement, maintenance, and keeping current vaccinations and worming treatments until the puppy is placed in his/her new home. If puppy is returned after the 30 days no money will be refunded.

19. "I have reviewed the attached power point regarding Dreamer's Pups standard of Ethics, and understand that these tiny canine creations are bred through CKC certified parents. By virtue of this, they qualify to be kennel club registered. I understand that each was selectively bred to represent a unique, and premium representation of the breed, and do acknowledge that attributes making my puppy exotic or unique will not be later used in an effort to extort the breeder (of any portion) of their adoption fee by threat of defamation or slander."

The puppy has been wormed with Panacure, with the last session given  on Jan2 and on Jan3 and Jan4 and she/he will be  vaccinated right before they leave with  a vaccination cocktail. And as often as age appropriate.
